openSUSE Board Elections 2010

At the beginning of December 2010 the openSUSE Board Elections to fulfill two seats for the Board was started. And the process will end at January 26, 2011 with the announcement of the two chosen candidates. This year we have six very good contendants and community contributors who will have the challenge to deal with the creation of the openSUSE Foundation, the imminent acquisition of Novell by Attachmate and its impact into the openSUSE Projects and keeping aligned the higher spirit of collaboration within the community.

Ballots have just been opened and all openSUSE members whose membership is in good standing are eligible to vote. Please verify if your email address is valid and that you are able to read emails sent to your openSUSE address! The ballots are being done via the web on connect.opensuse.org
